The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation the informant in the morning had come to the metal road and boarded in the Tempoo. As the tempo has reached to the railway crossing four persons who were inside, on the threat of life snatched his Rs.6,000/-, dropped down him near village Dhibra and fled away. The formant took help of motor-cycle riders chased him, ultimately, the Tempoo met with an accident, all four persons including petitioner was arrested. After some time they have dashed to the standing truck. Petitioners has criminal antecedent and they are in jail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18281 of 2016 (2) dt.02-05-2016 since 21.7.2015.

Looking to the period of custody, let petitioner, Sonu Kumar alias Sanoj Kuamr alias sonu, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 409 of 2015-, subject to the conditions that (i) one of the bailors shall be a close relative of the petitioner (ii) If the petitioner is found involved in future in similar type of case the prosecution will be at liberty to make prayer for cancellation of his bail and the court below will pass necessary order including cancellation of bail (iii) petitioner would participate in the court proceeding and in the event of being absent on two consecutive dates, the court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner and (iv) petitioner would appear before nearest police station for six months by 7th of each month.
