The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. Case No. 99 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 384, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant Parvesh Kumar named the petitioners along with other co-accused persons and alleged that they came to his shop and Sumit Kumar on the point of pistol said that he did not pay the ransom assaulted the informant and others. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that prior to the institution of the case Vishundeo Sah co-accused no. 5 in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29582 of 2017 (3) dt.21-08-2017 the present case lodged Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. Case No. 358 of 2015 against the informant Parvesh Kumar and others for kidnapping his minor daughter. The present case has been filed to put pressure on the petitioners. The injuries alleged to have been found on the person are simple in nature.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. Case No. 99 of 2017 (G.R. No. 308 of 2017), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
