This Court vide order dated 24.11.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13698 of 2013 has directed the Chief Engineer, Water Resources Department, Patna to consider the petition and pass a reasoned order within a period of two months from the date of filing of the representation.
A show cause has been filed on behalf of respondent no.5 in which it has been stated that representation of the petitioner has already been rejected vide memo no. 575 dated 21.02.2017 by a
Patna High Court MJC No.103 of 2018 (4) dt.01-08-2018 2 /2 reasoned order.
In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to proceed further in the matter and this contempt proceeding is consigned.
However, petitioner, if so advised, may challenge the same before appropriate authority/court.
