The present writ petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):- "That, the present writ petition is for quashing the order passed by District Cooperative Officer, Darbhanga in Memo No. 1041 dated 30.07.2022 whereby he was suspended and Sri Ram Naresh Kuril, Cooperative Extension Officer, Baheri was appointed

Patna High Court CWJC No.15720 of 2022(3) dt.06-08-2024 2/2 as an Administrator for 6 months or till the election, whichever is earlier and he was directed further to handover the entire records of Thathopur Pacs to Administrator without proper consideration of facts, law and his reply of show-cause showing an innocence and bonafide and for other necessary relief/reliefs to the basis of facts and circumstances of the case as stated, enumerated and discussed hereinafter."

A counter affidavit on behalf of the respondent no. 4 has been filed and paragraph 4 says that the Managing Committee was reinstated after 31.01.2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has also been provided copy of the counter affidavit and he submits that in that background, the petitioner has become infructuous. 5.

Accordingly, after recording the said facts, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
