ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2016 The petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the private Opposite Party no.2 by order dated 20.2.2016 passed by Additional Sessions Judge-V, Katihar in A.B.P. No.176 of 2016 in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No.52 of 2015. On going through the records of the case, I do not find any reasons for cancelling the bail of the private Opposite Party no.2 and hence, the application stands rejected. The trial court is directed to conclude the trial positively, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order without granting any un-necessary adjournment to any party.
