Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that co-accused Anwar Jahan sold the land of the informant whereas petitioner being deed writer prepared the deed in question. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that Anwar Jahan has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 11421 of 2015 on the ground that she is legal heir of Late Asdullah Khan who was co-sharer of the informant. The said facts got fortified due to the entry made in revenue records in favour of accused.

Considering the fact that thrust of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22317 of 2015 (2) dt.06-07-2015 2/2 accusation is against Anwar Jahan who has been granted anticipatory bail, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 56 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
