25-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 66 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case, as per F.I.R., is that the petitioner alongwith other misappropriated the government money, which was given for different project work. The cheques were also issued by this petitioner alongwith Member Secretary (co-accused) and huge government fund was withdrawn. The informant, who was none else but B.D.O. of the said block, after due enquiry found several irregularities in the work. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances as well

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58480 of 2019(3) dt.25-11-2019 2/2 as specific allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail.

The prayer for bail stands rejected.
