The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration the nature of allegation leveled against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Sheikhpura P.S.Case No.71 of 2015, pending in the court of Chief Judical Magistrate, Sheikhpura stands rejected.
