No doubt, petitioner happens to be brother-in-law of the victim but it appears that injuries were found on the person of the victim and she, specifically, stated against the petitioner at para 37 of the case diary.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I do not feel it proper to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Sandesh P.S.
