The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner took to her office for receiving the agricultural loans. The informant received Rs. 30,000/- along with the passbook, but Malti Devi took Rs. 20,000/- from her.

It is submitted that similar allegation is against Ashok Kumar Gupta who is manager of the bank and Malti Devi, but they have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23178 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in Madhubani Town P.S.
