JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

One country made loaded pistol and a motorcycle are said to have been recovered from the possession of petitioner no. 1 whereas one country made pistol, three live cartridges and a mobile are said to have been recovered from the possession of petitioner no. 2. When asked, petitioners and other accused did not show any paper with regard to the same.

No doubt, petitioners have some criminal antecedent but
