JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-06-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(I) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS, commanding and directing the Respondent Authorities for regularization of service of the writ petitioner against Class- IV post of the Bank with effect from the date since when many daily wagers under Muzaffarpur Region have been regularized ignoring the case of the writ petitioner.

(II) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS, commanding and directing the Respondent Authorities for payment of salary

Patna High Court CWJC No.22228 of 2013(2) dt.22-06-2023 2/2 to the writ petitioner in regular pay-scale of the post against which he would be regularized with effect from the date since when his juniors have been regularized as also for grant of other service benefits."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
