The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 419, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner entered into an agreement to sale the shop situated in plot No. 186, Khata No. 32 on consideration money of Rs. 16 lac. The petitioner received the amount but refused to execute the sale deed in favour of the informant. It is submitted that petitioner was on borrowing and lending terms with the informant but from perusal of the records, it appears that the petitioner has admitted the execution of the deed of agreement to sale the shop. The petitioner is accused in two other cases of similar nature under sections 420, 406 of the IPC

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24170 of 2015 (2) dt.10-07-2015 2/2 and 138 of N. I. Act.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the same is rejected.
