The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mahila (Nawada Mahila) P.S. Case No. 39 of 2018 for the offence alleged under Section 354B of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that the informant, Sheela Devi, went at the house of petitioner to make request to return back money as given to him, then, the petitioner tried to outrage the modesty using the flimsy language.

The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that due to business rivalry, the informant has lodged the present case with false allegation. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60522 of 2019(2) dt.24-09-2019 2/2 surrender/arrest, within a period of four weeks from today, in connection with Mahila (Nawada Mahila) P.S. Case No. 39 of 2018 shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, or the successor Court subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Criminal Procedure Code.
