A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that out of two accused persons (respondent nos.7 and 8) one has already granted anticipatory bail and the investigating officer of the case has made all efforts to arrest the another accused after obtaining warrant of arrest with the help of police officers of the district of West Champaran. Having regard to the facts and circumstance of the case, I find no merit in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
