JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are named in the first information report but according to the prosecution case itself, it was co-accused Brahmdeo Yadav, who gave spade blow causing head injury to the deceased and so far as petitioners are concerned, there is omnibus allegation against them that they as well as other co-accused assaulted the informant by means of lathi. The informant sustained altogether three injuries but all the injuries are simple in nature. . Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with
