2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Routa P.S. Case No.168/2025, registered under Sections191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 121(1), 132, 352 and 351(2) of the B.N.S. 2023.
3. The prosecution case is that on 07.06.2025 at about 7:45 PM, a sub-inspector and a home guard from Routa Police Station were on evening patrolling duty near Mina Bazar, Routa market, where they noticed a crowd creating a ruckus at the ticket counter. After attempting to pacify them and returning towards their vehicle, the petitioners along with co-accused persons, named in the FIR, abused the police, pulled the sub-inspector by his collar, pushed
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63330 of 2025(2) dt.24-11-2025 2/2 the armed force, and attempted to snatch their rifle. Co-accused Gufran and others allegedly stabbed three local persons who were helping the police, causing injuries on the neck and waist.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. They are the persons of clean antecedent. The allegations are general and omnibus. The injuries are simple in nature.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Routa P.S. Case No.168/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
6. The petitioner shall physically appear before the learned court below on each and every date till framing of the charge. In case of failure on two consecutive dates, unless he is prevented by extremely adverse circumstances, the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
