This is a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The FIR has been lodged against unknown persons wherein the allegation is of snatching of a motorcycle and Rs. 5000/-.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that that he has been falsely implicated in the instant case only on the basis of confessional statement of the apprehended co-accused. He further submits that nothing has been recovered from his possession and that he is in custody since 24.04.2017. He also submits that he has no criminal antecedent prior to the instant case.

Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran at Motihari in Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 226 of 2016.
