The writ application is dismissed since even according to the extended age of retirement, the petitioner superannuated in the year 2007, however, the Corporation has adopted the 6th Pay Revision recommendation only with effect from 01.01.2012 and this benefit has been extended to such employees alone from that date. Writ stands dismissed being devoid of merit.
