JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-06-2023 In pursuance to the earlier order of this Court dated 11.05.2023, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna has filed a show cause, wherein it has been stated that the premises in question has been vacated by the elder son of the petitioners and vacant position thereof has been given to the petitioners.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15338 of 2022(3) dt.19-06-2023 2/2 The learned counsel appearing for the private respondent no.8, i.e. the elder son of the petitioners undertakes on behalf of the private respondent no.8 that he would, in future, not even venture towards the premises of the petitioners, much less harass them and in case any allegation is levelled to the said effect, the police shall be free to take appropriate action against him.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition, however with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna to ensure that the petitioners are not harassed by the private respondents no.8 and 9.
