JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-07-2017 The appellants seek regular bail in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S.Case No.171 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Section 341, 509, 504 & 354/34B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(i)(r)(w) of SC/ST (POA) Act.

Allegation against the appellants is that the appellants and other co-accused persons is that they used to make obscene remarks against the informant and they also abused her by taking caste name. It is the case that on the day of occurrence, she was going to school, the appellant and other accused persons pulled her 'dupatta' and also made vulgar remarks against her, on which she informed her father, thereafter, the villagers assembled and the

It is submitted on behalf of the appellants that no such occurrence took place and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

Heard learned Special P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, as such this appeal is dismissed at this stage with direction to the appellants that they may renew their prayer for bail after framing of the charge in this case.
