The petitioner is in custody since 16.07.2019 in connection with Pipra Police Station Case No. 77 of 2019 Special Case No. 6263 of 2019, registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not made from his conscious possession and during checking of vehicle by the raiding party petitioner was arrested.
