The Petitioner seeks bail in Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since, 24.04.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29308 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2017.
