KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 22, 23 and 24 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that there is allegation of recovery of 800 gram ganja from the house of the petitioner. It has been further submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case as he has inimical terms with the local police. Ganja was not recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The recovered ganja comes within small quantity. He is in custody since 03.04.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29240 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Sasaram(T) P.S. Case no. 410 of 2017.
