JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 29.1.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

On robbery of twenty thousand rupees by causing injury to the informant the FIR was lodged against six unknown. Name of the petitioner sprang up on confession of co accused Amit Kumar Singh and Md. Sheru.

Statements have been made in paragraphs 8 and 9 that neither there is any recovery from the petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on Test Identification Parade and considering the same co accused Md. Kaushar and Md. Monu have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 17313 and 17594 of 2015.

Case No. 80 of 2014.
