The petitioner is in custody in connection with Khajouli P.S. Case No. 71 of 2016 (G.R. No. 756 of 2016) for the offenses under Sections 341, 323, 379, 498(A), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity and take care of her as a husband and protect her from any kind of humiliation or attack from other family members. The petitioner is in custody since 01.07.2019.

Considering the undertaking of the petitioner to keep his wife with full honor and dignity and take care of her interest, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the
