2. The petitioner seeks bail in a complaint case punishable for offence under Sections 498-A and 494 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per complaint case, the petitioner is alleged to have committed torture and harassment to opposite party no. 2 for dowry. Petitioner is also alleged to have solemnized second marriage.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner denies the allegation made in the complaint petition and submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this

He never demanded any dowry or committed torture with opposite party no. 2 and is still ready to keep the opposite party no. 2 with full honour and dignity. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 24.06.2024. Chargesheet has been submitted.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Saharsa in connection with Complaint Case No. 159-C/2022.
