The grievance of the petitioner is indecisiveness on the part of the Bihar School Examination Board in the matter of grant of affiliation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the order of this Court, inspection of the institution was done and a report was submitted on 29.11.2014 by the inspection team, but till date there is no decision one way or the other by the Bihar School Examination Board.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18057 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 Mr. Gyan Shankar, learned counsel for the Board submits that the inspection report is of 2014 and we are in 2019 and as such there is need to carry fresh inspection. Considering the submission of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Board, the Court directs the Board to carry fresh inspection within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and thereafter within a further period of 45 days, the Bihar School Examination Board shall take appropriate decision with regard to the affiliation of the institution, in question.
