The petitioner seeks bail in Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 174 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner tried to steal the motorcycle of the informant.
It is submitted that the allegation is false and concocted. Petitioner has not committed theft of the motorcycle of the informant. The case has been compromised. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in jail since 05.03.2015. He has already remained in jail for about four months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

No.23873 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 174/2015.
