This petition has been filed as Public Interest Litigation for direction to issue show cause that the opposite parties are cutting the green trees and breaking the boundary wall and rooms of the temple situated in it's campus without following the notification of the Board. However, the petitioner in paragraph 6 mentioned that he is at present President of the Trustee Committee of the temple. This petition can not be treated as Public Interest Litigation and, further, the petitioner has other remedy available.
Patna High Court CWJC No.7677 of 2016 (2) dt.13-06-2016 This petition is dismissed.
