JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 272,273 and 420/307 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47(a) of the Excise Act.
It is alleged that 85 liters of spirit were recovered from the house of the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the seizure was made on 28.3.2015 but the same was transmitted to the learned court below on 31.3.2015. It is further submitted that the recovery has been made from the joint family house. Considering the quantity of recovery, let the learned
