The petitioner, wife of late employee, who died in harness on 19.04.2004, while he was working on the post of Unskilled Khalashi at Electric Supply Division, Mohania, has made representation before the respondents concerned for payment of retiral benefits of her husband amounting to

Considering the nature of her prayer, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation before the Respondent No. 3, which will be disposed of by the General Manager, South Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd. B.S.E.B, Vidyut Bhawan, Bailey Road, Patna within a period of two months from the date of receipt of such representation by a speaking order. If any admissible amount is due, the same will be paid to the petitioner within a period of one month thereafter.
