The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered under sections 376DA, 506, 341, 323 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the earlier application for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 17.11.2021 (Annexure-1) passed in Cr. Misc. no.21685 of 2021 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. It is submitted that the charge has already been framed and examination of witnesses has commenced and the petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the trial.
A report was called for from the learned trial Court. As per the report received contained in letter dated 8.2.2022, out
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2917 of 2022(3) dt.23-02-2022 2/2 of nine chargesheet witnesses one witness has been examined on behalf of the prosecution.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the petitioner having remained in custody since 14.2.2020, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case no. 06 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/ (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Court POCSOcum-ADJ-VI, Vaishali at Hajipur on the condition that the petitioner shall remain physically present in Court on each date of the trial and one of the bailors shall be the father of the petitioner.
