This application has been filed by the petitioner for modification of order dated 13.05.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 6618 of 2015, whereby petitioner was given liberty to approach the Tribunal for grant of interim protection and respondents were

However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to summer vacation in Arbitration Tribunal commencing from 22.05.2015 to 21.06.2015, petitioner cannot approach the Tribunal, therefore, four weeks' further time may be extended.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed. Let the period for approaching the Tribunal be extended by further four weeks.

The order dated 13.05.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 6618 of 2015 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only. (Dr. Ravi Ranjan, J) Sanjay-II/- U
