2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 77 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals looted Rs. 10 Lacs from the informant and his driver.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 25.08.2021. He is quite innocent and has not committed any offence.

5. During investigation, sufficient materials have come to connect the petitioner with the alleged crime. Petitioner is a resident of Uttar Pradesh and it appears that he is committing crimes in the area of East Champaran and West

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This application for regular bail is dismissed.

7. The District Judge, East Champaran and District Judge, West Champaran are directed to conclude the trial of the cases registered against the petitioner at the earliest.

8. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Judge, East Champaran and District Judge, West Champaran and Superintendent of Police, East Champaran and Superintendent of Police, West Champaran through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
