In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 208 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 328, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. An allegation has been made that the family members has administered poison to the deceased lady due to which she died. The police has submitted charge-sheet under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the fatherin-law of the victim. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Marha Bind @ Meda Bind @ Sukh Nandan, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
