The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Danapur P.S. Case No.495 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that one Raushan Kumar came to his shop. When the informant asked him the reason why he was taking articles on credit, Raushan Kumar became angry and left the place threatening the informant to face dire consequences. Thereafter Raushan Kumar along with petitioner and others came. The petitioner is alleged to have given repeated blow with dagger on thigh, head and other parts of the body of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the injuries found on the person of the informant are simple in

The petitioner is neighbour of the informant, therefore, he deserves anticipatory bail, but it appears that without rhyme and reason, the petitioner came along with Raushan Kumar and gave repeated blow on different parts of the body of the informant with dagger.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
