The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is non-consideration of the case of the petitioner for financial up gradation under ACP and MACP scheme. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has now superannuated without getting the benefit of ACP and MACP scheme.
Considering the aforesaid facts, the writ petition is disposed
Patna High Court CWJC No.10474 of 2017 (2) dt.03-05-2018 2/2 of with the direction to the respondents authorities to take final decision with regard to the claim of the petitioner and if the petitioner files representation along with copy of this order indicating his grievance within a period of one month from today along with copy of this order, the respondent No.3 is directed to take final decision on the claim of the petitioner by speaking and reasoned order within 60 days of filing of such representation.
