Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

96 litres of Beer was recovered from the vehicle on which all the three persons were found. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent. They are in custody since 29.07.2019.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties

No.58947 of 2019(2) dt.26-09-2019 2/2 of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Special Excise Case No. 6755 of 2019 arising out of Ramkrishna Nagar Police Station Case No. 536 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.

(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
