The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 164 of 2010 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. During investigation none of the witnesses has supported the prosecution case. After investigation, police submitted final form finding the case to be not true. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.29526 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 164 of 2010 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
