The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-B)a, 26 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol and one live cartridge and one motorcycle were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Motorcycle belongs to the petitioner. He is in custody since 26.6.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the
