2. The petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2023 in connection with Samastipur Town P.S. Case No. 333 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner is said to have purchased some gold coins which were looted in a dacoity.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., his name transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused Sanjeev Sah which has no evidentiary value. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur Town P.S.
