Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Danapur P.S.Case No.26 of 2021 registered under Sections 420, 406, 448, 354, 324, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that during investigation, the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1195 of 2022(10) dt.09-05-2023 2/2 police did not find the present case true and submitted final form before the court below against the petitioners and the court below considering all the facts accepted the final form, vide Annexure A to the supplementary affidavit.
Learned counsel for the informant as well as learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1, Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S.Case No.26 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Harish/- U T
