2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation on 20.07.2023 (Annexure-P-4 to the writ application) before the respondent no.6, which has not been disposed of as yet.

3. In such view of the matter, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation within two weeks before the respondent no.6 and respondent no.6 would be obliged to pass a reasoned and speaking order within eight weeks thereafter.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands

5. It is made clear that respondent no.6 shall be solely responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.
