After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to move before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Kishanganj (hereinafter referred to as the 'Authority') with regard to the relief claimed in the writ application.

3. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

5. If such an appeal is filed before the Authority, within six weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off on merits expeditiously and latest within four months from the date of filing of the appeal.
