The petitioner is in custody in connection with Siwan Nagar P.S. Case No. 250 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was apprehended by the police on the allegation of consuming alcohol. The petitioner is in custody since 13.04.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
