The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 468, 467, 471, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. is of Year 2013 and petitioner has moved this Court for seeking anticipatory bail application in Year 2022 after a much delay without any plausible explanation and the order impugned clearly records that earlier the petitioner had moved before the learned District Court for seeking bail, but the same was dismissed as withdrawn and thereafter, petitioner slept.

Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application and submits that the Court does not come to the rescue of those who

Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional P. P., the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
