JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-09-2024 The present writ has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of a direction to the respondents to remove the illegal construction, made by the Respondent no. 8, by encroaching the government road/land, which is used by the several common people of the locality including the petitioner.

(ii). For issuance of the direction to the respondents to remove the encroachment made

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Sadar Bettiah, Distict-West Champaran, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
