The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 224, 225, 341, 323, 325, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that during investigation of Paharpur P.S. Case No. 114 of 2014 on secret information the police raided the house of the petitioner when the petitioner was apprehended. Consequently the other 101-2 miscreants got the petitioner released.

Let the learned court below consider the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35927 of 2015 (2) dt.04-09-2015 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 125 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sadar, Motihari.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
