Having regard to the nature of grievances raised in this petition made, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, by the petitioner, who has retired as a Constable from G.R.P., perusal of materials on record and, upon hearing the learned Counsel, appearing on behalf of the parties, it is hereby directed

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.455 of 2016 (2) dt.29-06-2016 2/2 that respondent No.4, namely, the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali at Hajipur, shall enquire into the grievances raised in the writ petition and do the needful in accordance with law ensuring proper, fair and effective investigation in such a way that no innocent person is harassed and petitioner's security is taken care of.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
